Description
Sodium citrate is colorless crystal or white crystalline powder, taste salty, and a cool feeling.It is To be used as a flavor and stablizer in food industry, anticoagulant, reducer of phlegm and diuretic in pharmaceutical industry. Replacing Sodium Tripolyphosphate, it can act as an auxiliary of non-phosphous detergent. Applicable in fermentation, injection, film developing and electroplation.
Application
In food processing industry, Sodium Ctrate used as buffer, cheIate agent, nutrient additive, emulsifier, fIavor for yoghurt. In pharmaceuticaI industry, it is used as anticoaguIant and as preservative in syrup manufactured goods, Buffer acidity acid in cold drink, prevent acid in dairy products, Used as binder in cheese and minced meat, acid coaguIant in jeIlies and jam, EmuIsifier and stabiIizer, in cheese and ioe cream.
